While using an Infrared Sauna once is a rejuvenating experience, continued use increases the benefits overtime.

After One Session

Your body acclimates to the heat of the sauna, and you begin to experience the benefits of using the Infrared Sauna. 

After 3-5 Sessions

Your body begins to detoxify surface level toxins for sweat more efficiently, as your core temperature rises more quickly. 

After 6-9 Sessions

Complete cellular regeneration is underway - pain eases, stress is relieved, and the skin glows. 

More than 10 Sessions

You've embraced the sauna lifestyle! You experience stress relief, sleeping better, and burning calories in each session.

Please keep the sauna door closed to keep in the heat. 

Arrive on time to honor the next appointment. If you arrive late, your session will end at the reserved time regardless. 

Please do not use lotions, perfumes, or any scented items in the sauna. 

Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session. 

When you arrive at GenFit, check in with the front desk. We will walk you through the use of the sauna and answer any questions that you have. 

Our Infrared Sauna is in a single use room, where you have privacy to enjoy your experience. We recommend bringing two towels: one to lay down in the sauna, and one to wipe your sweat. 

The infrared sauna works best with more skin exposure, but you can sit in the sauna in any way that makes you comfortable. 

The sauna has a Bluetooth system - you can use your phone to connect and listen to anything you choose.

We recommend you bring two towels: one to put down in the sauna, and one to wipe your sweat. You can also rent a towel from GenFit if you forget your own. 

Bring water to keep you hydrated during your session. 

We do have showers you can use after your session; although it is recommended that you do not shower for half an hour after your session. 

Your sauna session is 35 minutes total - it is recommended that you stay in the sauna for 30 minutes. 

You do not have to stay in the sauna for the entire 30 minutes. Over time, you will build up your resilience to the heat. 

We require a two-hour cancellation notice prior to your session, or you will be charged for it. 

All sales are final. 

Yes, our sauna seats two people. Please call or email when you book your appointment to let us know someone will be joining you.
