Class Descriptions

Conditioning

The GenFit philosophy in our Conditioning classes is longevity and quality of movement, and the goal is to build resilient bodies and minds. Prepare to be challenged and taken well beyond your comfort zone. These classes focus on developing strength and power and all ranges of motion, increasing cardiovascular endurance, building muscle, and burning fat. Conditioning classes incorporate barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, rowers, treadmills, and your own bodyweight to get your heart rate up and keep it there.

Mobility

In Mobility classes, we will work to increase your active range of motion, mobility, and flexibility in order to bulletproof your body for anything you throw at it. Each instructor will bring a different perspective to this class, as you might use tools to enhance your experience such as balls and blocks, or engage in partner work. This class will both prepare your body for movement and aid in recovery. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and definitely bring a water bottle.

Strength

Our Strength classes focus on power, mobility, control, and awareness using barbell movements and calisthenics. This class is for anyone wanting to build overall strength, improve pull-ups/push-ups/squats, increase range of motion, improve balance, increase explosive power, and develop coordination. A different element is covered every class.
