In Mobility classes, we will work to increase your active range of motion, mobility, and flexibility in order to bulletproof your body for anything you throw at it. Each instructor will bring a different perspective to this class, as you might use tools to enhance your experience such as balls and blocks, or engage in partner work. This class will both prepare your body for movement and aid in recovery. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and definitely bring a water bottle.
Push your cardiovascular endurance to the limit. Bootcamp classes are one hour of continuous movement using high intensity training. We use a broad range of exercises to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. Be prepared to sweat, burn a LOT of calories, and feel amazing after.
