 As a first step towards embracing a life of movement, we are offer five classes: Boot Camp, B.A.S.E. Movement, Bend Don't Break, Barbells and Bodyweight, and Buti Yoga. Check out MindBody to see all of our classes and to sign up today.


Boot Camp
High intensity conditioning and strength training. The GenFit philosophy is longevity and quality of movement. The goals is to build tough resilient bodies and minds. Prepare to be challenged and taken well beyond your comfort zone. These classes focus on developing strength and power and all ranges of motion, increasing cardiovascular endurance, mobility, building muscle, and burning fat. Boot camp classes incorporate barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, rowers, treadmills, and your own bodyweight to get your heartrate up and keep it there.

Barbells & Body Weight (BBW)
One hour session that focuses on strength, power, mobility, control, and awareness using barbell movements and calisthenics. This class is for anyone wanting to build overall strength, improve pull-ups/push-ups/squats, increase range of motion, improve balance, increase explosive power, and develop coordination. A different element is covered every class. Due to the specialized nature and technical components, these classes are capped at 8 people. Please sign up in advance!
Movement classes incorporate any of our four foundational practices balance, adaptability, strength, and endurance. You can expect to explore the fundamentals of movement, as your instructor pulls inspiration from gymnastics, traditional strength training, Olympic lifting, sports conditioning, calisthenics, martial arts, yoga, kinesis, and locomotion, with the goal of developing multiple movement attributes.

Bend Don’t Break (BDB)
In Bend Don't Break classes, we will work to increase your active range of motion, mobility, and flexibility in order to bulletproof your body for anything you throw at it. Each instructor will bring a different perspective to this class, as you might use tools to enhance your experience such as balls and blocks, or engage in partner work. This class will both prepare your body for movement and aid in recovery. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and definitely bring a water bottle.

Buti Yoga
This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Bring a mat, water, and a towel.
